"Will you come with me to the mountians? It will hurt at first, until your feet are hardened. Reality is harsh to the feet of shadows. But will you come?" C. S. Lewis, The Great Divorce
If February had been a photo, I think it would look like these. Barren and waiting for the new life like the aspens, yet faithful and steady like the evergreens. Like ice melting into still waters, hard pieces of the heart are slowly, almost imperceptibly, softened to mirror His heart. And surrounded tall granite walls always pulling and urging me Further Up and Further In.
1. "The mountians are calling, and I must go." Roadtripping to Yosemite tomorrow. #stoked
2. Art in the Alley is happening 3-3-13, Sunday, 12-5pm in the alley next to Augie's Coffee House. I'll be there showing my work along with over thirty other artists. And I'll have stories to tell you about Yosemite. #SupportLocalArtists
3. I could listen to this song all day. In fact, I'm probably going to. That's what roadtrips are for, right?
